Dr. Dobbs serves as the Executive Pastor, Executive Director of Administration, and Community Outreach Liasion of the Christ Redemption Tabernacle. Lady Dobbs demonstrates an interdisciplinary approach as an experienced Assistant Pastor, Speaker, Teacher, Facilitator, Mentor, Life Coach, and Business Entrepreneur. Professionally, although now retired after more than 30 years’ experience with the Federal Government, Norschenia possessed a Master’s Certificate in Government Contracts and served as a Contracts Officer/Supervisor, Contract Specialist, Procurement Analyst/Supervisor, and Purchasing Agent. Additionally, Lady Dobbs was a licensed New York Life Insurance Agent.
